Surf City growth possibilities are endless and exciting with 231 acres up for grabs!

According to an article in the Wilmington Business Journal, Cape Fear Commercial real estate firm has recently released news of attaining the listing for a 231 acre tract of undeveloped waterfront land on the mainland in Surf City.  The land is situated to the north of NC 210 and NC 50 before the swing bridge and has major potential to bring exciting expansion to the area.

The tract sits immediately adjacent to the center of Surf City where commercial businesses are currently thriving.   Additionally, there are ongoing plans by the NCDOT to build a high rise bridge over the ICWW which will further enhance the desirability of this land for future development.   The thought is that with rezoning, a combination of single family and multifamily homes along with commercial space will be the most likely use for this prime land.

A tract of land this large in a booming waterfront community like Surf City is a rare opportunity and we expect to see some exciting new developments as we move into the busy new year.
